Prisma Electronics has adopted a hands-on approach to internal development with the induction of a "Corporate Accelerator." Organized by Innovation Farm, the program involves staff from across all divisions of the company - R&D, Design, and Electronics – who work in teams to explore new product ideas and understand relevant market opportunities. During the process, the company's personnel are coached by experts through the basic process of business development, including business model and concept testing, marketing research, IP and strategic issues.
